Village of Holmen

The Village of Holmen is the municipal government serving Holmen's approximately 12,000 residents. Administrator Scott Heinig represents the village's partnership with HBA and the business community. The village government provides essential services including water and sewer utilities, parks and recreation, public works, planning and development, and public safety coordination. The Village of Holmen has overseen the community's remarkable growth from a small rural village to one of Wisconsin's fastest-growing municipalities.
